The shipping process begins the moment the Graphics Site Guide has received confirmation of payment. Please allow a maximum of 2 weeks for U.S. orders even though the majority of orders will take much less than that. Please allow a maximum of 3 weeks for U.S. orders since the shipping process for International orders takes longer.

Shipping is Free and orders are processed Monday through Saturday, but shipments go out Monday - Friday.

Refund Policy: Graphics Site Guide will accept refunds 30 days after shipping date. Except on software special offers in which free membership is given to graphics sites. Contact the Graphics Site Guide with a refund request along with the reason and ship product back with all original content and packaging. Refund will be given pending a review of the refund request and product inspection. Only the cost of the product will be refunded since shipping is free.
